Mainly reporting to a Senior Manager, duties involve the general administration and management of administrations, members and creditors voluntary liquidations, compulsory liquidations and company voluntary arrangements; and assistance with advisory cases.

Top 20 Accounting Firm based is seeking to recruit an experienced Corporate Insolvency Administrator to join their expanding team in Kent.

The ideal candidate will be keen to progress in their career and ideally have a minimum of three years experience. Successful candidate will have proven previous experience as an insolvency administrator and be expected to take responsibility for their cases, be IT literate and have a good up to date understanding of the technical and legislative aspects of insolvency. Have the ability to run a varied portfolio of cases, provide partners and managers with support. Also must have strong written and verbal communication skills. Working within the Business Recovery Team of this top accounting 10 firm this represents an excellent opportunity to develop your career. Working within a team you will communicate by telephone and attend creditor meetings with a view to securing a consistent through put of business for the firm. Activities will include:-

• To communicate, mainly by telephone, with financial organisations/trade bodies/individuals and High Courts in order to obtain bankruptcy appointments.
• To obtain support from existing and new contacts in securing new work.
• To also communicate with Official Receiver offices to gain business for the insolvency practice.
• To attend creditors meetings wherever, whenever required and to gain proxy support from creditors of bankrupts.
• General administration, writing reports, making up files, maintaining records, using the IT software available.
• Assisting with the work of other team members as and when required.
• Assist in the expansion of Client Base through telecommunication and meetings where appropriate.
