Job Description

An unusual opportunity within this highly respected top 20 Accountancy firm. Activities will include:-

  • Dealing with all contentious and litigious issues that arise including PII
  • Monitoring diaries
  • Producing management reports from the insolvency software
  • Holding quarterly meetings with staff to discuss the technical and progression issues on cases.
  • Reviewing new legislation and amending working practises to ensure compliance.
  • Attending the Technical & Compliance User Group meetings
  • Maintaining internal intranet with useful current information
  • Proactively monitor caseloads re staff requirements and discuss appropriate staffing levels with Partner
  • Dealing with any Technical query raised by staff members on a day to day basis
  • Training staff in areas where team have a knowledge gap including SIP training and new legislation
  • Ensure annual renewals for license, R3, ICAEW, ICO, bond and affiliate membership are dealt with for all partners.
  • Construct a Training Budget for all staff at the beginning of each year
  • Ensure all staff have completed their CPD returns
  • Circulate relevant case law

For this role you will be an experienced corporate recovery manager and will hold the JIEB qualification.
